Job Type:
Full Time

Compensation:
$80,000-120,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately assess and evaluate vehicle damage.
  • Execute necessary auto body repairs, including painting and part replacement.
  • Identify and procure materials and components required for repairs.
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with management and staff regarding work performed, required changes, and any concerns related to vehicle repair or maintenance.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and local and federal standards while utilizing tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to best practices in the auto body shop, promptly reporting any incidents or accidents to management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to complete jobs from start to finish.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in collision repair techniques.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard collision repair tools and equipment, including frame straightening and welding tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to bend, lift, and perform tasks associated with this role.
