Job Summary

The Sales Associate II plays a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the Supply Store. This position is responsible for receiving, unpacking, restocking, pricing, shelving, staging, and selling merchandise. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register to complete sales and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise
  • Price and merchandise products as needed
  • Supervise the sales floor and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Use the computerized management system to process customer transactions and maintain accurate inventory levels
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of customer service or retail experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Extensive customer service experience and skills in a retail environment are highly desirable.
