About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our team at South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for preparing patients, collecting relevant information, and performing sonographic exams following defined protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile accurate records to expedite results.
  • Analyze the quality of images and processes as required.
  • Complete data sheets containing pertinent patient information following exams prior to forwarding to radiologists.
  • Take call after regular hours to meet department needs.
Requirements
  • Two to three years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist or Sonographer, including two-plus years of experience in a hospital.
  • ARDMS or ARRT Registered.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support.
  • Associate Degree.
  • Registered Vascular Technician (RVT), or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
