Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Provide assistance with directions, local information, and service inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for customer management and other assigned tasks.
  • Evaluate the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.

  • Willingness to accept the starting pay and potential incentives.
