Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
- Provide assistance with directions, local information, and service inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up calls for customer management and other assigned tasks.
- Evaluate the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
- Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Willingness to accept the starting pay and potential incentives.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends.
