Job Purpose & Scope:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining specialized commercial deposit accounts for Bank OZK. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Open new accounts on our account platform system (BPM) and ensure timely and complete acquisition, verification, and record retention of all new and revised account documentation.
  2. Perform necessary CIP (Customer Identification Program) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) functions for new customers and ongoing new to the account customers.
  3. Process and verify customer file maintenances for all Association Services customers.
  4. Gather information for management reports and maintain good punctuality and attendance to work.
  5. Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  1. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  2. Ability to work without close supervision and demonstrate effective internal customer service skills.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and evaluate processing issues for resolution and/or escalation.
  4. Ability to address complex technical and/or procedural issues and provide guidance to other staff members to ensure compliance.
  5. Ability to work well with exacting deadlines and adapt well to change.
  6. Ability to learn and follow Bank policies and procedures and skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Minimum of one (1) year of experience with computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
  3. Available to work some occasional overtime.
Job Expectations:

Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
