Key Responsibilities:

As a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist at Lakeside Foods, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our food processing machinery and conveyers. This includes repairing and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, working with fabrication and installation, and assisting with maintaining product flow through the plant as needed.

Preventative Maintenance Season (November - May): Four 10's Monday - Thursday
Production Season (July - November) - 12 hours shift 4 days on 2 days off rotating schedule (2nd Shift)
Non-Production Season (December - June) - Mon-Thursday/4, 10 hour days

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude
Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
Positive attitude

Willingness to learn/enhance skills through on the job training
Strong work ethic
