Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to support our production manufacturing team in Pinckneyville, IL. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee orientation and training activities, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary information and resources.
  • Administer HR programs and initiatives, such as employee benefits and recognition programs.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in human resources or a related field (entry-level position).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
