About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Dry Beverage Division team in Owatonna, MN. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment, performing in-process repairs, and conducting scheduled preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-process repairs of equipment during production
  • Conduct scheduled, preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment
  • Work with a supportive team to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required; Two-year technical degree in a related field is a plus
  • Boiler License (MN Specialized License with 1000: minimum, 2B or 2C with 2000: ideal)
  • Prior work experience in food manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a multi-cultured environment
