Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Life Fitness. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production equipment is in good working order and safe to operate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance duties on production equipment, including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair complex machine problems, disassembling and reassembling equipment as needed.
  • Follow work assignments to fulfill maintenance service requests on production and facilities equipment.
  • Notify supervisor of any problems with procedures or equipment to maintain the highest degree of safety, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent, plus 3 years of experience in routine maintenance and repair of production equipment.
  • Working knowledge of facility maintenance and experience with various manufacturing machinery, such as press brakes, laser cutters, and CNC machining centers.
  • Ability to read prints, schematics, and diagrams, as well as read equipment including pressure gauges, voltmeters, and ammeters.
Working Conditions

Our maintenance team works in a modern, well-lit, and clean environment. The job requires frequent exposure to hot, dirty, or noisy conditions, with occasional heavy lifting up to 35 pounds.
