Job Summary

The Oversight Section oversees foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, and other national security activities to ensure compliance with governing authorities and executive branch policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with representatives of intelligence agencies to conduct reviews of national security activities.
  • Analyze large volumes of information to assess compliance with procedures governing foreign intelligence programs.
  • Deliver training to large groups on national security matters.
  • Travel to conduct oversight reviews at intelligence agencies and to conduct training during such reviews.
  • Develop policies relating to oversight and compliance matters.
  • Track and synthesize significant amounts of information and draft comprehensive reports for Congress.
Requirements
  • Must possess highly-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to exercise sound judgment and keen focus for extended periods of time.
  • Must possess strong analytic skills.
  • Must be comfortable delivering training to large groups.
