Job Summary

The Parking Operations Manager for ABM Industries will provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, employees, and visitors. This role is responsible for supervising the parking office and staff, addressing daily parking inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise parking office staff and ensure excellent customer service
  • Address all onsite daily parking inquiries from employees and clients
  • Perform billing, collections, and monthly reconciliation tasks for a high-volume garage
  • Assist with ticket audits and reconcile transient revenue from pay-on-foot machines
  • Prepare and input daily reports in JD Edwards
  • Communicate effectively with management and bring issues to their attention in a timely manner
  • Set up building access and parking access input
  • Perform Pinnacle control tasks, including article setups and card reader maintenance
  • Assist with bimonthly and monthly financial reports for management
  • Filing and maintaining files, answering telephones
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of parking experience in an office required
  • Ability to multitask, think clearly, and work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional manner, attitude, appearance, and dependability
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, JD Edwards input)
  • Able to solve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of SKIDATA Parking Equipment is a plus
