Overview:
Our client in Tualatin is looking for a dedicated and skilled Warehouse / Forklift Operator. This role is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity, perfect for individuals who are proactive and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a sit-down forklift with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Handle valuable merchandise with utmost care and safety.
  • Perform tasks related to shipping, receiving, and order picking.
  • Efficiently stack products for optimal storage.
  • Utilize scanning technology for inventory management.
  • Inspect products for any damages.
  • Employ various equipment including forklifts, RF scanners, WMS (warehouse management system), computers, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
  • At least 6 months of experience in logistics, distribution, or a similar field.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of forklift operation experience.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable.
