Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pega Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring PEGA upgrades, troubleshooting PEGA server-related issues, and updating keystore files and certifications.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in installation, configuration, and clustering and administration of BPM PEGA Application server, as well as experience in coordination with PEGA App team, release management team for code deployment.
The Pega Administrator will also be responsible for technical engineering, including installing and configuring computer applications, monitoring and maintaining computer networks, configuring operating systems, and resolving issues related to the network.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to learn and work on changing and emerging technologies, and will be the first point of contact for clients for issues concerning their computer systems and equipment.
The Pega Administrator will be responsible for keeping track of users' system issues until they are resolved, adhering to agreed timelines, and providing accurate feedback to customers promptly.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for ensuring proper logging of all issues, following up with clients to make sure their computer systems are functioning properly after troubleshooting, and preparing accurate reports promptly.
