Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified Utility Project Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and guaranteeing successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers with utility coordination, mapping, and subsurface utility engineering for public and private initiatives.
  • Support field teams in utility designation, oversight of test holes, and documentation of subsurface utility investigations.
  • Collaborate with office staff to develop utility coordination plans and specifications for projects across Colorado.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to design utility relocations.
  • Gain hands-on experience in coordinating the relocation of utilities for significant infrastructure projects, including highways and rail crossings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in utility or transportation design and construction.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation Open Roads is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and plans.

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
