Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage significant industrial engineering initiatives, including the development of innovative methods, plant layouts, and the installation of new equipment.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of equipment capacity and utilization, alongside manpower planning, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with plant operations to devise effective solutions regarding equipment layouts and overall plant capacities.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Engineer.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a strong pattern of problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the DMAIC process and its application for continuous improvement.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or possess authorization to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the smoked meats manufacturing sector.
