What Youll Do:

  • Program CNC routers and support job setups to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop cutting-edge products and systems.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and reports to guide production processes.
  • Conduct performance tests and analyze design outcomes for accuracy and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to keep projects on track.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without compromising quality.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and design.
  • Advanced knowledge of CNC programming, with a passion for precision.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage projects effectively.
