Mixologist - HBAR

Responsibilities:

* Set up and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
* Ensure all liquor, fruit, and juices are properly stored and secured.
* Receive and fulfill drink orders from guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner.
* Prepare and serve cocktails according to Beverage Standards and using standard jigger measurements.
* Adhere to all check handling procedures, including credit card policies and procedures.
* Complete opening and closing duties as outlined on the checklist.
* Maintain glassware inventory and replace as needed.
* Restock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
* Clean floors in the bar area at the end of each shift.
* Empty trashcans regularly.
* Manage soda and juice inventory, rotating stock as necessary.
* Restock and replenish beer in bottles as needed.
