HBAR Mixologist

Join our team as a skilled HBAR Bartender and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences at our esteemed establishments. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting premium cocktails, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing top-notch service to our discerning guests.

• Pre-Service Preparation: Ensure the bar area is set up and ready for service, including restocking glassware, ice, and other essentials.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve cocktails in accordance with our Beverage Standards, using standard jiggers and techniques.
• Service Standards: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to our service standards, including proper calling order and drink presentation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of soda, juices, and beer, ensuring timely restocking and rotation of stock.
• Closing Duties: Complete all closing duties, including cleaning the bar area, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
