Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Clerk to join our team at Redner's. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you will work under the supervision of a pharmacist to deliver quality patient care and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  1. 1) Assist pharmacists in labeling and filling prescriptions;
    2) Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive their prescriptions accurately;
    3) Enter prescriptions into our computer system;
    4) Schedule and maintain workflow efficiently;
    5) Prepackage bulk medications as needed;
    6) Screen calls for pharmacists;
    7) Order medications and manage inventory;
    8) Prepare medication inventories;
    9) Assist with outpatient and inpatient dispensing;
    10) Perform billing tasks for third-party insurers;

Requirements:
  • • Strong dexterity in hands to scan/key groceries
    • Excellent communication skills to ensure exceptional customer service
    • Strong mathematical skills required to run the registers
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds up to 40% of the time
    • Ability to stand upright for most of your scheduled work shift

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $38,500 - $43,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
