Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Representative Senior: Level 3 to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing security planning, personnel security, physical security, program access request coordination, SAP/SAR visits, and secure communications/computing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Management: Oversee security planning, personnel security, physical security, program access request coordination, SAP/SAR visits, and secure communications/computing.
  • Personnel Access: Ensure personnel processed for program access meet the required personnel clearance and investigative requirements.
  • Security Education: Conduct security education classes and investigate security violations, preparing written reports on the outcomes and preventive actions.
  • Courier Procedures: Develop and enforce courier procedures.
  • Facility Management: Review and update Fixed Facility Checklists for Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) and inspect proposed SAPF areas.
  • Documentation: Prepare requests for Co-Use Agreements, Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWAs), and any required waiver documentation.
Qualifications
  • Expertise in: Special Programs, Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Security Education and Training.
  • Experience with: DoD SAPs, DoD Manuals, Volumes 1-4, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements.
  • Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, Top Secret Security Clearance, current within the past 6 years, ability to obtain and maintain SAP Access, self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape, highly organized, and advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
