Security Oversight:

Manage SAP/SAR security protocols, which include security planning, personnel security, physical security, and the coordination of secure communications and computing.


Access Management:
Verify that personnel fulfill the required clearance and investigative standards for program access.

Security Training & Compliance:
Facilitate security training sessions, investigate security breaches, and compile comprehensive reports with suggested preventive measures.

Facility & Documentation Oversight:

Assess and revise Fixed Facility Checklists for Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs), evaluate proposed SAPF locations, and prepare necessary documentation for Co-Use Agreements, Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWAs), and Waiver requests.


Operational Assistance:
Guarantee the proper execution and adherence to courier protocols and support SAP/SAR visits.

Qualifications:

Expertise in DoD Security Regulations:
A strong understanding of DoD SAP manuals, ICD series documents, and other program-specific security regulations is crucial.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.

Independent & Team-Oriented Work:

Ability to operate autonomously in a high-pressure, fast-paced, multi-program environment while also thriving in a collaborative setting to ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, customer, and government standards.

Experience with DoD SAPs, DD 254s, and DoD Manuals, Volumes 1-4

Familiarity with Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and uncertain environment.

Highly organized with advanced oral and written communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
