Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including benefits enrollment and education.
  • Liaise with HR Director to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
