Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee construction procedures, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all contracts, plans, and documents are properly prepared, reviewed, and updated.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline.
  • Regularly report project status to the Project Manager, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements
