Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist - Travel Position

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a travel position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transports patients as needed
Requirements:
  • One to three years experience as a Sonographer preferred
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
