  • Business Acumen: Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and functions as a trusted business advisor.
  • Leadership: Lead group business development activities and define the scope of work, including deliverables and deadlines.
  • Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients and their advisors, leveraging creativity, objectivity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Team Management: Coach, mentor, and counsel Managers, Seniors, and Staff to ensure their success.
Qualifications
  • Testimony Experience: Possess experience testifying at trials.
  • Education: Hold a B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: Have 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications: Possess certifications such as CPA, MBA, ABV, CVA, ASA, CFA, CFE, or CFF.
  • Technical Skills: Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Personal Computers and Microsoft Office Suite Software.
