We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a reputable medical facility in High Point, NC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation team.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time LPN position working night shifts, with a Monday-Friday rotation and every other weekend rotation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • BLS certification and active LPN state license.
  • At least 2 years of LPN experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
