Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dialysis team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled LPN to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:- Provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients.
- Rend highly professional and technical nursing care to patients.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
- Act as Team Lead, when necessary, in work assignment.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care.
- Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara's Color Blind Test.
