**Job Overview**

HR&Co. LLC is a dynamic company seeking a Digital Consultant Partner to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Assist principal/senior consultants with market insights and other data to prepare consult proposals.
  • Identify and collect data on clients' business environment and marketplace.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including targets for milestones and deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks on the project to best position deliverables for completion.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options on progress with projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure synergy.
  • Communicate with executives or client project teams to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain standards.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or finances for project change.
  • Process data, conduct analysis, and prepare reports of findings.
  • Leverage problem-solving skills and framework to develop solutions.
  • Document developed solutions and prepare presentations.
  • Coordinate with the client and senior consultant to implement recommended solutions.
  • Support clients in implementing recommended solutions.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • A candidate who is eager to learn and has little to no consulting experience.
  • Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
  • Flexible and can work independently.
  • Due to our virtual environment, you must have access to a computer and the internet.
