We are seeking a highly skilled Cannabis Consultant to join our team at Jushi Holdings Inc. This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to patients and caregivers regarding their medical cannabis needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations and follow-ups to ensure patients receive accurate and helpful information
• Mentor and train store staff on compliance, products, and company best practices
• Adhere to and promote company culture of positivity, professionalism, and compliance with policies and state regulations
• Guide patients with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
• Identify and develop process improvements to assist with company growth

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Pharmacy license and registration with the Board of Pharmacy
• Strong team management and personal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong compliance and regulation attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
