About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Associate to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Property Management function, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of various departmental and financial activities.

This role is part of our Property Management job function, which involves operating buildings on behalf of clients or groups. As a Property Management Associate, you will work closely with our Market Leader to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Market Leader to find opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
  • Create monthly forecasting reports and present to management.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of management and leasing contract information.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
  • Support the contract execution process and ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication of standard processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration, and governance.
  • Support the People/HR transition team to timely and efficiently onboard incumbent staff.
  • Manage the client termination process.
  • May participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
