  • Integrate and Manage Tax Solutions: Integrate and manage tax solutions with Vertex and other third-party systems.
  • Support Integrations: Support integrations with Third Party Logistics, contract manufacturers, EDI partners, and banks.
  • Troubleshoot Production Incidents: Troubleshoot production incidents by conducting root cause analysis and resolving issues within SLAs.
  • Support Period-End Close Activities: Provide support for the period-close process and resolve technical issues encountered during month-end or year-end financial closings.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Collaborate with technical teams and functional stakeholders to ensure efficient business processes.
  • Guide and Mentor Team Members: Guide and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and productivity.
  • Participate in Technical Discussions: Participate in technical discussions and reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and process improvements.

Requirements:
