About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Complete Care at Park Place Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and well-being, identifying any changes or concerns.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff members, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Documentation: Accurately document residents' medical histories, care plans, and progress, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and support as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Infection Control: Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Equipment Management: Operate and maintain medical equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for residents' rights and dignity, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification: RN/LPN certification in NJ required.
  • Qualifications: Serious applicants with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
