Job Title: Clinician - LSW

At Mitchell Martin, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Clinician - LSW to join our team in Rockaway, NJ. As a Clinician - LSW, you will play a critical role in providing family and individual therapy services to families involved with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, with an active professional license (LAC/LPC/LSW/LCSW). The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families in the mental health field, with a strong focus on family stabilization and individual therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide family and individual therapy services to families involved with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency
  • Collaborate with DCP&P and other community partners to provide a strength-based, system-focused service to all FSP involved families
  • Hold a caseload based on contractual requirements and meet with families weekly, depending on their individual needs
  • Assist with facilitation of groups as needed and maintain documentation according to program expectations for all assigned families
  • Travel throughout Morris County as needed and participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotation basis
Requirements:
  • MA/MSW with an active professional license (LAC/LPC/LSW/LCSW)
  • Experience working with children and families in the mental health field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and assessment skills
  • Excellent writing skills and computer/EHR literate
  • Culturally sensitive to work with diverse populations and fluency in Spanish/English languages is required
  • Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a criminal background check
