Job Title: Clinician - LSW

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinician - LSW to join our team at Mitchell Martin, Inc. in Rockaway, NJ.

About the Role:

This clinical position is part of the Family Stabilization Program (FSP), a collaborative effort with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency. The FSP Clinician will provide family and individual therapy to families involved with DCP&P, focusing on long-term therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy services to English-speaking families, with a preference for bilingual Spanish-speaking proficiency to serve Morris County's Spanish-speaking families.
  • Hold a caseload based on contractual requirements and meet with families weekly, depending on their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with DCP&P and other community partners to provide a strength-based, system-focused service to all FSP involved families.
  • Travel throughout Morris County as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
Requirements:
  • MA/MSW with an active professional license (LAC/LPC/LSW/LCSW) and experience in working with children and families in the mental health field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and assessment skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and computer/EHR literacy.
  • Cultural sensitivity to work with diverse populations and fluency in Spanish/English languages.
  • Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
