Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Class A driver to join our team at DriveLine Solutions. As a Regional Flex Driver, you will be responsible for covering call-outs and working a flexible schedule that includes both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a 2020 or newer sleeper or straight truck on regional routes
  • Operate in a flexible schedule, including days and nights, with varying routes and layovers
  • Unload freight at Advanced and Car Quest stores using an electric pallet jack
  • Meet the requirements for the guaranteed weekly minimum pay
Requirements
  • 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights
  • Comfortable with driving at night
Benefits
  • Weekly minimum pay of $1,350 (guaranteed with full work week)
  • Annual average pay of $70,200 starting
  • Bonus opportunities, including a new hire transition bonus and referral bonus
  • Accessorial pay for stop pay and delay pay
Working Conditions

Drivers will work in a fast-paced environment, with varying routes and layovers. They will be required to work flexible schedules, including nights, and must be comfortable with driving at night.

Equipment

Drivers will operate 2020 or newer sleeper or straight trucks.
