- Coordinating photography for marketing purposes.
- Overseeing the production of marketing materials such as brochures and signage.
- Consulting with staging professionals.
- Accompanying initial property showings alongside the lead agent.
- Attending inspections and final walkthroughs as necessary.
- Monitoring email communications related to assigned clients.
- Buyer Support: Provide assistance with property tours and scheduling, including:
- Leading or accompanying tours for first showings.
- Participating in inspections and other client visits as needed.

- Mentorship: Shadow senior agents in key tasks, including:
- Participating in buyer and listing consultation calls.
- Accompanying agents on tours without leading.
- Engaging in weekly coaching sessions focused on individual business development.
- Tracking goals and discussing challenges.
Compensation Structure:
- Compensation varies based on the lead agent's production and individual contributions, offering unlimited earning potential.
- Agents will be assigned files based on their capabilities and workload.
- Compensation on assigned files will be a percentage of the net GCI.
- All listing-related expenses will be covered, including photography, staging consultations, and digital marketing.
- Monthly market center fees and necessary technology costs will also be covered.
