POSITION SUMMARY

Conduct regular patrols across the premises; assist patrons with access to their accommodations. Oversee Closed Circuit Television systems, perimeter security alarms, emergency alarms, and fire safety systems. Secure property entrances as necessary. Perform daily inspections for physical hazards. Respond to incidents, contact emergency medical services, or provide first aid/CPR as needed. Aid guests and staff during emergencies. Inform relevant parties in the event of accidents, disturbances, or other incidents. Mediate conflicts involving guests or employees. Request external assistance when required. Document all Security/Loss Prevention incidents through detailed reports. Address all interruptions and grievances. Resolve safety-related issues. Escort any unauthorized individuals from the premises while maintaining operational flow. Attend to scenes of vehicle incidents or thefts. Use appropriate codes to request assistance. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary and daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality regarding all Security/Loss Prevention and property-related documents; disclose information only to authorized personnel. Conduct investigations and gather pertinent evidence. Interview involved parties as necessary.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally with others; prepare and review written documents accurately and thoroughly. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support team efforts to achieve common objectives. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Some states may have additional licensing or registration requirements for this role. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery for defects. Access and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Move at a pace necessary to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or throughout an entire shift. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Traverse sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.

License or Certification: None required.

The pay range for this position is $25.77 per hour and includes healthcare benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.
