Customer Service Representative

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Tiffin, OH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial customers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general customer service functions, including product information, price quotes, order processing, and website assistance.
- Act as a liaison between operations and customers to resolve order-related issues.
- Work with customers to ensure streamlined communications on stocking levels, item usage, and product changes.
- Analyze hospital backorder reports to determine the cause of shortages and implement solutions.
- Initiate action to respond to customer service requests for order changes and maintain order/customer information files.
- Resolve product or service problems, including missed shipment resolution and backorder fulfillment.
- Recommend potential substitutions by working with outside sales personnel, manufacturer sales representatives, and customer service.
- Participate in conference calls and make site visits as needed.
- Work effectively with all internal departments, outside sales personnel, and customers.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards and procedures regarding customer service.
- Associates degree or 2 years' experience in customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Typing and data entry skills required.
- High energy, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and forward thinking.
- Detail-oriented and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Related work experience and medical product knowledge beneficial.
- Reliable and able to function independently.
