We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Bluestem Village in La Junta, CO. As a Village Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup, as well as light housekeeping duties.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the clinical team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the home.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active CNA certification to practice in the state.
- 6 months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Ability to work irregular schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 25 pounds.
