Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing personalized healthcare to residents, including administering prescribed treatments, supervising nursing aides, and performing administrative duties. Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including prescribed treatments and medications
  • Supervise nursing aides and support staff to ensure the comfort and safety of residents
  • Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments and managing inventory
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed
  • Perform emergency procedures, such as CPR
Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
