Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at AHC Northbrooke. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized nursing care to residents, including administering medications, changing dressings, and performing laboratory tests.
  • Supervise and direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
  • Perform emergency procedures, such as CPR.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
