Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct water extraction and mitigation to prevent further damage
  • Perform fire and smoke cleaning and restoration to restore properties to their original condition
  • Implement microbial remediation to eliminate harmful bacteria and mold
  • Handle vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up with care and attention to detail
  • Participate in demolition and field management to ensure efficient project completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding
Requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license and pass a national criminal background check
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and maintain a clean driving record
  • Be available for on-call shifts and respond to emergency situations promptly
  • Prior experience in the restoration industry or maintenance is preferred but not required
