Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at Greenfield Store (University & Greenfield). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for processing donated merchandise in preparation for sale in our store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and price donated merchandise, meeting minimum quotas and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks.
