Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at Country Club Store (Country Club & Southern). As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in processing donated merchandise, ensuring it is properly priced, ticketed, and prepared for sale in our store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare donated merchandise for sale, meeting minimum quota and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices related to merchandise processing and sales.
  • Participate in cross-training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
