Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate PreK Teacher to join our team at Discovery Isle Preschool. As a PreK Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our proprietary curriculum, which is literacy-based and structured, yet flexible to accommodate student interests and needs.
  • Coordinate classroom operations, including lesson planning, classroom management, and parent communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build relationships with families, school administration, and the community.
  • Develop and implement activities that promote learning and play, ensuring instructional decisions are based on student needs.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
  • Complies with all state-specific education requirements, including 12 units in Early Childhood Education.
