Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Discovery Isle Preschool. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them grow into curious and confident learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement our proprietary literacy-based curriculum, ensuring a structured yet flexible learning environment.
  • Develop and lead engaging activities that cater to students' interests and needs, promoting creativity and intentional instruction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, families, and the community to build strong relationships and support a culture of care.
  • Meet state-specific education requirements and maintain a professional development mindset.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
  • Two to three years of experience working with children, with a focus on early childhood education.
  • Ability to frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak English.
