Job Summary:

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. As a NICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and identify potential complications
• Develop and implement effective interventions to promote patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

• Current Michigan Nursing License
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain BSN within five years
• New graduate nurses, requires licensure examination scheduled within 45 days of hire
• Minimum of two years of NICU experience at a Level III or higher
