The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet consumer expectations. This position involves a thorough examination of production processes to guarantee adherence to quality standards and the assessment of final products post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish acceptable variation ranges for production jobs and identify any deviations from these standards.
  • Monitor each stage of production to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Document inspection results and provide recommendations to mitigate common issues.
  • Oversee the quality control of all printed materials, packaging, and shipment processes.
  • Verify the readiness of all vended products for delivery or shipment.

  • Strong attention to detail in quality and packaging for outgoing shipments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with management and sales teams to facilitate quality assurance and address escalations.

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills for calibration and measurement tasks.

  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.

Cross-training in other areas of the company may be required to support team members as needed.

Knowledge of Print Smith, Shipleap, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
