About the Job:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care services under the supervision of licensed nurses.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and dressing patients.
  • Transport patients as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
  2. Support new team members in learning their roles and responsibilities.
  3. Familiarize patients with hospital routines and environments.
  4. PARTICIPATE IN QUALITY IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES AND DOCUMENT PATIENT CARE EFFECTIVELY.
  5. Effectively communicate patient information to colleagues and medical staff.
  6. Ensure patient care aligns with individualized plans of care.
  7. Comply with Northern Light Health policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  8. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A $3,500 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments.

Work Environment:

  • Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
