Hiring Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hiring Representative. This role involves working closely with customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring they receive all the necessary information about our products and services.

About the Job
  • As a Hiring Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, including rentals and equipment inspections.
  • You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, as well as installing hitches and trailer wiring.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record are essential for this role.
  • You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.

  • We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated $45,000 - $65,000 annual salary based on experience.

Work Environment

This role involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. You may be required to wear protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
